This address recalls the old restaurant, when lunch at the restaurant was a party. The success of the Duguay Trouin restaurant for almost 50 years is first and foremost a quality cuisine made of fresh products, of course. In flat, for example you can with the Crusic crab crab, the salt crust bar, the fresh frogs' legs to "simply garlic and parsley", the boneless country pigeon and just roast on spinach beds, candied apricots and roasted almonds. And to finish with the sweet note, you'll have the choice between the frying specialties of fresh strawberries or blown with the great liquor. A restaurant that is among the best rated in the Pouliguen.

Un coup d'oeil rapide à leur merveille de carte achèvera de vous mettre l'eau à la bouche: ''fruits et légumes issus du terroir nantais accompagnent merveilleusement tous les plats de la carte basée notamment sur les trésors des côtes atlantiques : bars de ligne, soles, turbots, lottes et rougets voisinent langoustines, homards, crabes, huîtres, Saint-Jacques ou pétoncles.''
Depuis 2013, le titre de ''Maître restaurateur'' ajoute un petit je-ne-sais-quoi de cachet pour un lieu qui en présentait déja beaucoup :)
Prévoir un budget, l'objectif n'étant pas de ne déguster ''que'' mais de manger ''tout''.
