The Opera de la Mer is an institution in Le Pouliguen. Clarisse and Jean-Francis have been running this seafood and fish speciality restaurant for over thirty years. The decoration is entirely turned towards the sea, of course, with the replica of a fishing boat's pilot cabin as a counter. The address is friendly, the cuisine traditional: you can go there with your eyes closed, everything is homemade from fresh products from local artisans. Moreover, it does not deceive, the restaurant is filled with regulars!
