Installed since 1827 on the promenade of the port of Le Pouliguen, the Confiserie Mignon perpetuates, with the daughter of the current owners, the 6th generation of confectioners with the same artisanal recipes. The manufacture is done in front of the public: observe these niniches which are worked only for you! Attention, with almost 35 flavors, it will be very difficult for you not to crack. Other flagship confectionery, berlingots (8 to 10 flavors), caramels (hard and soft) with Guérande salt, nougat, nougatine ... The other shop offers ice creams and waffles.

En effet plusieurs générations et jusqu’à la 5ème j’étais petit garçon quand j’allais acheter ma niniche ou plus précisément ma nougatine au chocolat.
Ce soir avec mes enfants on achète pas une niniche comme une baguette de pain avec une carte bleu et le serveur me dit ne pas manger de riz justifiant une dépense de 10€ Minimum
On ne fait pas partie du même registre me dit il!!!

Mignon Confiserie 44510 Le Pouliguen
Situé sur la Promenade du Port du Pouliguen, Mignon confiserie se compose de deux magasins aussi appétissants l'un que l'autre. L'accueil est très agréable et le personnel souriant. Impossible pour moi de résister à leur spécialité : les niniches ! Je ne manquerai pas d'y retourner pour goûter d'autres douceurs, caramels ou autres, si je reviens au Pouliguen.
