The oldest sanctuary in La Flèche, with its 11th century Romanesque porch, restored by the Jesuits in the 17th century, is dedicated to Notre-Dame des Vertus and contains three listed statues, as well as a stained glass window illustrating the story of a sailor saved from a shipwreck by a floating barrel. The donor had the survivor portrayed as her son, Louis Say, a naval officer and founder of Port-Say in Morocco. Listed in the supplementary inventory of historical monuments.
