An oyster bar with a lovely terrace, where you can enjoy fine and special oysters, langoustines and gambas.
Next to the magnificent Lyarne marsh is the aquaculture zone. Pascal Girard has been a passionate oyster farmer here for 30 years. On the terrace of his oyster bar, Les Viviers de la Côte de Jade, you can taste (or take away) his production of fine and special oysters, accompanied by bread, butter and a glass of local white wine. On the stalls you can also choose from langoustines, whelks, prawns, clams from Le Croisic and, when in season, scallops... In the fish tanks, you'll find blue lobsters, crab and spider crab.
