Children of the Pays de Retz, Emmanuel and Nathalie are salt workers who have inherited a long tradition of salt production in the heart of a preserved natural environment. They invite you to share their passion, discover and understand their salt, the process of forming coarse salt and fleur de sel, as well as to marvel at the beauty of the Breton marshland in the Pays de Retz. They even offer the possibility of attending the harvest during the visits. An experience full of lessons.
