Discover this essential stopover at Les Sorinières, Ô 6 bis de la rue du Bignon. The place is unusual and gourmet. Unusual, because this restaurant, also a tea room, is adjacent to the beautiful Déco Avenue boutique, known for its creative leisure and decoration, run by the dynamic Myriam. The latter has therefore opened an annex (on 6 bis) and we move with pleasure and without borders from the shop to the tea room restaurant and vice versa! For this new gourmet place, Myriam has surrounded herself with a smiling team with Christophe at the service and chef Laurent Parat who is treating us. The beautiful terrace and the 30 seat dining room are quickly filled, but everything is to be taken away continuously from 10 am to 7 pm: at the office, at home, between two races south of the Loire... We have the savoury formulas, poké bowl or pie of the day, simmered dishes in returnable jars, soups, and other sweet formulas. From good quality coffee or tea, to the chef's banoffees, revisited Nantes cakes, smoothies, fresh fruit from local producers, or even the pastries of the day, not to mention a selection of wines and bottles in the cellar for the evening aperitif. And of course, only fresh and local products. A discreet address with a fantastic and warm atmosphere. Good Food and Mood as Myriam and her team would say! Privatization of the place possible....
