This Diligence, located in the main street of Les Sorinières, five minutes from Nantes, takes you for lunch or dinner. David and Stephanie welcome you with their smiling team. At lunchtime, a buffet is served as a workers' restaurant. All-you-can-eat appetizers, daily specials (fish, grilled meat), cheeses and desserts at a very reasonable price. In the evening, you can choose from the various more elaborate menus. You can enjoy, for example, a smoked salmon or the chef's homemade foie gras, a duo of Provençal eels and frogs' legs, a marinated duck breast with gizzards confit and foie gras, a grilled pork shank or even a beef flank steak... For dessert, there is also a wide choice, with, for example, a floating island, a Norwegian omelette or a red fruit coulis faisselle. Also à la carte, ice cream sundaes and alcoholic sundaes. The plates are well filled and the cuisine showcases fresh and homemade products. All this for affordable prices, especially as the wine is included in a number of formulas. The rustic but charming setting is ideal for a reception, meeting or seminar. Indeed, the imposing building housing the Diligence has three rooms, one of which can accommodate up to 170 guests. Perfect for groups, weddings or companies.
