The 13th-century Abbaye de Villeneuve has reopened the doors to its 4-star hotel and gourmet restaurant L'Épicurien. The establishment was awarded its first Michelin star in March 2023. Starred chef Aymeric Depogny worked on the brasserie menu with his other chef, Nicolas Lewandowski and his team. Under the Grand Palais-style glass roof, in green velvet armchairs, you can enjoy the view of the hotel swimming pool and the park. The à la carte menu is an interweaving of fish and meat dishes. Entrecôte Aubrac marinated or filet of plaice meunière will delight your taste buds. High-flying gustatory pleasures in a remarkable setting.
