In an idyllic setting, 700 metres above Bedous, the Soubille farm benefits from an exceptional mountain biodiversity. On 20 ha of meadows and woods, in parallel with their breeding activity (pig and sheep), Emma and François work to develop local resources through fruit growing. Blackberry/raspberry, raspberry, mint, linden/mint syrups, and apple/blueberry, plum, black currant/rose jams are made from farm and wild berries. National Park spirit.
