Just opposite the church in the charming little village of Mauves-sur-Loire, Dany and Aurélie have opened this good address, which was a little lacking in the village. Enter on the bar side, and the restaurant is on the left. Dany welcomes you with a smile, while Aurélie is busy in the kitchen with her team. The chef, who has worked in gourmet restaurants, offers a simple, fine bistro menu, accessible to all, made from fresh, local produce. You can opt for the chef's suggestions on the slate: home-fried tartare, roast pike-perch fillet with scallop cream or duck breast with ginger butter. In the evening, you can enjoy pizzas such as the Potagère or the Charcutière, or take Aurélie's dishes home with you.
