The Beloin house is a beautiful bakery, but also pastry shop, held by Guillaume and Angelique Beloin with their two pretty shops. One is located in Carquefou and the other in the village of Mauves sur Loire. You can come here to fill up on good artisanal breads with the Tradition, the special breads all from the bakery. One also comes to taste the pastry specialities with the delicate entremets, the pastry flans, the various eclairs, the paris-brest, the babas au rhum, the pastries with butter and full of other sweetnesses. Guillaume makes his chocolates here, including a variety of pure butter cocoa-based bars, such as the Voyage au Pays du Cacao box and 30 mini-bars to vary the flavours of the world! Located near the church, it is the occasion to fill up with delicacies before or after a stroll along the Loire...
