Food-truck proposes a seasonal, home-made, generous and inspired cuisine of very good quality in Mesquer.
Travelling through the Guérande peninsula, Christel and her food-truck, the aptly named Presqu'île gourmande, regale us with local products and seasonal, homemade, generous, inspired and of very good quality. This food-truck is a caterer with small dishes perfect to receive around a good meal, to organize a party, a dinner with friends, golden wedding anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, "returns" of celebrations, family or associative meals... You will have understood it, it is the ideal caterer for all your small and big events. The good products of local farmers, stockbreeders, market gardeners, salt workers, winemakers are of course honoured and the dishes take us on a journey. To take away: we enjoy tasty dishes such as acras with mussels from Kercabellec, acras with halophilic herbs, beef from Brière Teriaky, beautiful tomato tart (this year those from the gardens of Domhéry), sausage rougail, kung pao chicken, braised pork from North Vietnam, pork with caramel... And for the services: Irish fish soup and acras, Creole guinguette, fish lasagna, candied vegetable lasagna, beef stew lasagna, sweet and savoury tarts, zucchini flan, fish ceviche, Algerian dolma, Burgundian dishes... So you don't waste any time to discover the tasty dishes freshly cooked with all the creativity of the charming Christel!
