LA PETITE AUBERGE
Enjoy a hearty, traditional meal in a small inn in the heart of the Nantes vineyards.
In Mouzillon, in the heart of the nantais vineyard, the Little Inn attracts the gourmands sometimes from afar to taste one of its specialities: the famous small ribs (through pork). " Small ", they are only by name, because in reality, it's a very hard plate with a huge piece of pork ribs rôti and soin with care and home spices. To enjoy them? The discreet entrance brings you to the floor with a wooden room with vaulted ceiling and light view on the splendid St-Martin's church of Mouzillon. The small ribs are eaten on or off. In addition to these specialities, you will find a different menu of the day with local dishes and there is also a very rich menu. For very affordable formulas, to us the varied charcuterie base or from peasant salad to lentils, hake bowl and smoked salmon, or snails in Burgundy (with supplement). Follow a Pig Mignon, Ricotta spinach lasagna lasagna or of a of beef and fries or a crystallized duck thigh. Will it still be a place for dessert? A Rocamadour and its fresh grapes? A glazed Vacherin, The beautiful mouzillonnaise pie or a pistachio cream. The reception is at the touch of Rachel and his waitress both smile and qui and come the wooden staircase. A drink from local wines, Muscadets on Lie, a Sauvignon, a Chardonnay. On the déco, we are in the rustic with the beautiful ceramic plates carved from old crafts and other traditional recipes of our grandparents!
