The "old" people of Nantes are familiar with the Central Form brand, with its 3 fitness, sports and wellness clubs. In 2022, the 3 gyms became RITM Sport. With still 3 places of practice opened to all and all whatever our age from 16 years however. Rond-point de Paris with Jules Verne, Canclaux and Cité des congrès. Here the ambition is to welcome you and a professional team is present to answer the very diverse needs of the club members. We like the simple but effective atmosphere of these places of life, where sport and conviviality are the order of the day. We appreciate the wide range of activities: group classes, 3 pools, hammam or sauna depending on the location and the bodybuilding areas, the Inbody body assessment. Not to mention the endurance area... Young children can take advantage of the swimming lessons. Whatever our objectives: sports, wellness, beauty, modernity obliges, the mobile application allows us to manage reservations, suspensions or subscriptions to courses. And loyalty program. Subscriptions, packages or à la carte, everyone will find a formula to get back into it!
