Facing her popular brother Le Louis Blanc, Louisette has a finer touch on the palate and a larger terrace on the Loire. For a Sunday and island brunch, the chic and offbeat bistro spreads its sweet and tasty buffet on the bar, throws pretty cappuccinos and works on its English-style plates, sausage version, fried egg and bacon on their salted waffle and beans. But also Louisette style with the famous salmon waffle, avocado cream, wasabi cream and Savoy tome, or even veggie special: bulgur, sweet potatoes, fried soya tofu and carrot tagliatelle... There is even a child formula. She thinks of all that dear Louisette, and she's treating us!
