QREP' TRAİTEUR-CRÊPİER
Enjoy a sausage or ham galette followed by a homemade salted butter caramel pancake in a food-truck in Nantes.
After opening his food truck in 2016, Jérôme Hallereau moved to the Talensac market hall in May 2020. This pancake chef, who trained for 10 years through his experiences in France and Europe, is passionate about pancakes and offers them in all forms! Box version buffet with makis and samoussas, buckwheat chips, kouign amann revisited, wheat and buckwheat blinis... he is brimming with imagination! And as he has an eco-responsible sensibility, the packaging is recyclable. So go to the market and treat yourself to a sausage or ham-meal pancake followed by a caramel pancake with homemade salted butter (of which you can get a jar on the spot to enjoy at home). Of course the products come from local producers mainly from the Talensac market: organic flours from Pain virgule, eggs from the ferme de la Forêt, charcuterie from the Pibois farm, local cheeses (Curé nantais) apple juice and organic ciders from the Pradenn farm. And then, in addition to your taste buds, you will delight your pupils by admiring the pretty fresco by the illustrator Nina Missir. Please note: Privatization possible for weddings, wedding returns, birthday parties, meetings or events of any kind.
