Located in the heart of the historic Bouffay district, the old town center of Nantes with its narrow and paved streets and wood-paneled houses, the Bouffay Ridge welcomes you for a typical Breton break. The interior decor does not like the neighborhood. The places are rustic, like the chairs and the wooden bar. The service is fast and with a smile, the cakes are rather copious. The prices are available for a wide selection. The menu consists of a complete ham or bacon, a pancake dessert and a bolé of cider. Complete cakes are generous and varied in their choice of ingredients. If you want originality, let yourself be tempted by the delicious Foie Gras, or the maritime Saint-Jacques. You can also indulge in the black wheat specialties that bear the names of the streets of the neighborhood. Then you can continue on a caramel pancake or chocolate. A point of chantilly can be added. Salads are on the map. Open on Sundays, the pancake offers a very pleasant terrace, free from traffic, allowing to enjoy the beautiful days.
