MALUMBI
Warm restaurant combining travel and African, French and Asian cuisine at a good price/quality ratio
"The cuisine of my travels" is the definition that Stéphanie gives to her small address open in 2016. Originally from Gabon, this woman of character wanted to combine in only one place her 2 passions, travel and cuisine. At Malumbi, you can then find a cuisine with African accents (of course!) but with French ones too (and more broadly European) and also Asian. On the menu of Malumbi (which changes daily), you can thus begin with salmon rillettes, continue with a pork chop with soya sauce or a saithe fillet with galanga cream and end with a fruit salad. It's good, fresh and downright hearty. All is, it should be specified, fully homemade by Stéphanie and with a very good value for money! If the dining room only has a few tables, the atmosphere is all the more cordial. During the day, Malumbi becomes a tea room. Lastly, know it, Malumbi means thank you in Nzébi, a language of the Southern Gabon. So, Malumbi and best wishes to Stéphanie!
