To indulge yourself, as starters: cod accras, black pudding, fish pudding, christophine (or chayote) gratin or goat cheese with honey, to be followed by tasty chicken colombo, catfish pudding (octopus) or delicious lambis pudding (a mollusk with tasty flesh). To finish on an aromatic and exotic note: the flambéed banana or passion fruit flan are perfect! Not to mention the famous ti-punch! As they say in Guadeloupe: Bon lapéti!
