BREIZH'ILIENNE RESTAURANT
An intimate restaurant with an exotic decor in Nantes, where the chef lovingly prepares Brazilian specialties.
Good news, a pretty corner of Brazil has been created in Nantes. On Place Viarme, you can discover the Brazilian specialties of Neuza, a Brazilian chef supported by her husband Benoit, both of whom have changed careers. They have this love of cooking and the pleasure of receiving. In this small intimate restaurant with an exotic decor, we come to enjoy the specialties of the chef. To us a beautiful Brazilian board (tapas of each speciality) known as petiscaria to share for 1 or 2 people. Try the typical dishes like the feijoada: a complete dish made of black beans, meat (French origin), peppers, oranges, or the famous coxinha: fried fritters of potato and corn flour filled with spicy chicken, cheese and aromatic herbs. Or the chicken Strogonoff. Preceded or not by a salpicao salad (apple, chicken, raw vegetables) and chips match, to finish with a dessert like the Brazilian pudim or brigadeiros. The welcome is charming and the trip to Brazil is real in the mouth!
