Asian restaurant offering a mixture of many cuisines in Nantes.
It is almost opposite a square Graslin near the pedestrian que. Even an Asian restaurant will tell me? Not quite, actually. There is, of course, a question of far east cuisine here but not that… The Wok is part of these new generation Asian restaurants. The framework first. You will be struck by its refinement: a black and gold colour code, design furniture, a rather gentle atmosphere in which many of the gentlemen in costume-tie and a smiling and unobtrusive service. The map now. It is a mixture of many cuisines: Japan, Vietnam, China or Thailand. Here you can eat sushi, makis, Chinese ravioli, nems flavours, or soups like the excellent Tom Yum. Side Wok, they can be rice or noodles, sweet or perfectly sour, chicken, beef, shrimp or St. James. We love the freshness of products and the design of plates. The place remains calm at lunchtime and allows to fully appreciate the flavours miasmas by this cuisine so rich in flavours.
