Stall in Nantes offering local and Asian cuisine, a meat and duck slate, pad thai and bo bun
Warung is a small street theater where you can eat local cuisine in Asia. My Little Warung today is no less than eight establishments spread across the Hexagone and the food trucks. In Nantes, it is rue du Château, not far from the castle, which has been installed. To the slate, a kitchen, or perhaps to say kitchens from all over Asia: in Bali, we will taste a green curry (chicken, shrimp or tofu), lemon, soybeans and peppers; Hanoi, it will be a caramel pig; from Saïgon a satay beef; Mekong, a lawn duck Hoi Sin sauce; Bangkok, a Thai pad; And of course Vietnam, the inevitable Bo bun. The same applies to drinks, like those beers from Thailand or China. A good way to discover in one place the diversity of a cuisine that is both distant and so familiar. My Little Warung offers a delivery service and if you are pressed, take advantage of the takeaway service.
