LA PORCELAINE
Chinese restaurant in the rue Léon-Blum which seduces for the decoration and the dishes, some of which are vegetarian
Very beautiful discovery that this Chinese restaurant restaurant opened in summer 2017 in Léon-Blum street, not far from Strasbourg street. This restaurant will seduce you for many reasons. The first one will be deco, completely broken with what you know about traditional Chinese restaurants. Here, forget red and go blue; If China is the country of tea, it is also that of porcelain and Sylvia (or Jiu Rou for the sinners!), the boss, exposes some pretty pieces to the walls as well as some paintings and engravings. It is not the Guimet Museum but the taste is safe and the result undisputedly. Seduction also operates in the plate. Here, a 20-page directory point as a map but a small calibrated slate. The Porcelain also offers vegetarian dishes. At noon you can choose between two entries, two dishes and two desserts. That day, we tested a miracton on entry, kinds of fried shrimps at the wok with a delicious little sauce, then a chicken gongbao (or imperial chicken), a chicken sauté and spicy, fresh vegetables, peanuts (a Sichuani specialty) and finally a cake to almonds., peanuts and caramel. Nothing to repeat: presented as well as delicious in the palace. Also discover the evening for dinner with friends or in love! A very beautiful address.
