Japanese restaurant serving unique dishes served on a tray and Japanese home cooking
On the island of Nantes, come and discover a new Japanese restaurant open for 2 years. Bento Sakura's daily experience of many people! After spending 18 years in Japan, Maki in the kitchen and Philippe at the service invites us to return regularly. Here, a sushi point, but bentos, fast, complete and balanced meals, in the form of unique dishes served in a compartmentalised tray with very careful presentation. There are several types of bentos, with the dish of the day (like the succulent marinated chicken), meat and vegetable ravioles, shrimp frying, Japanese curry, all accompanied by rice, of course, but also salads, vegetables and condiments. Miso soup is of course perfect in entry, and desserts are not left with those of the day (like chocolate foam) or ice cream and red beans. Simply exquisite… To accompany this very good meal, Japanese beers, green tea and iced tea, Japanese wines, as well as a fine selection of Japanese whiskies, liqueurs and sake. Here's an excellent Japanese family kitchen, which you can even take home to not be too nostalgic for this good time!
