In this bright and brightly coloured restaurant, you can enjoy traditional Japanese dishes on the spot or to take away. Among the great classics, we find: as a starter, Miso soup, Ikasansai salads or carrot cabbage, in dishes: ramen (broth in soy sauce, beef, chives, mushrooms and noodles), sushi (salmon, tuna, beef, gravlax...), brochettes (beef, chicken, shrimp, salmon...), rolls (makis, california...)....), chirashis (fish on a bed of vinegar rice), sashimi, tatakis or bentos: lunch box composed of an appetizer (seaweed salad, cabbage...), a main course (sashimi slice and vinegar rice or tempura chicken fillet, pepper and flavoured rice...) and a dessert (fruit salad or coconut balls)... And for groups, we choose the boxes and other aperitif boxes to share. To be served with a Tsingtao, Asahi or Singha beer. And to finish on a sweet note: mochis, finger with matcha tea, yuzu and mango or chia pearl.
