Taste a soup kitchen in a new restaurant near the Cité des Congrès in Nantes.
Savouring a ramen as one savours the moment could be the motto of this new restaurant whose name refers to the Japanese philosophy of life. Le Malouin Maël Hemmer and his Japanese partner Toru Hirae opened this royal blue dress shop in mid-August 2020. Their story is original: they met in Japan, continued their adventure in Auckland where Maël was introduced to the development of this soup kitchen in the two restaurants of Toru, a great master in the field, and decided to try their luck in Nantes, near the Cité des Congrès. And the gamble paid off. Fans flock to taste this traditional dish made of broth, wheat noodles and a garnish of meat, vegetables or other marinated eggs. Everything is homemade using local products such as Guérande salt, flour from the Minoterie Giraudineau or Janzé chicken. Taste one of the seven delicious and generous ramen (including veggie) with a typical drink such as Kirin beer or sake, and let yourself be transported to the Land of the Rising Sun.
