Taste different types of ramen in the centre of Nantes.
After their1st restaurant in the Micronesian islands, Kenji and Louise decided to pursue their passion in Nantes. Louise warmly welcomes us in the dining room, while in the kitchen the dishes simmer under Kenji's expert eye. The menu is explained to us: pork gyozas or vegetable tempuras for starters, followed by a variety of ramen (with a base of chicken, soy or miso broth). Everything is homemade, with fresh seasonal produce and organic vegetables (vegan option available). For dessert, enjoy the Yuumi (lemon mousse, hazelnut crunch, etc.).
