KUCHI NANTES JAPONAIS
A delicately decorated restaurant where chef Melvyn Noblet concocts superb sushi and ravioli.
This temple of sushi, housed in the former Nantes prison, is a mouth-waterer, "Kuchi" in Japanese. The ravioli, bò bún and crabmeat will take you on a journey to the land of the rising sun. This sensual approach to Japanese culinary art is reflected in the menu designed by Melvyn Noblet, a chef who has worked at Domaine de la Bretesche and the Radisson Blue in Porticcio. The assortments on the discovery platter are superb. A skilful blend of sweet sauces and spicy notes of ginger and wasabi.
