DIMFONG RESTAURANT
Two room restaurant offering an Asian menu upstairs and downstairs.
To come for lunch or dinner at Dimfong's is a real culinary journey in Asia! Here we are in the beautiful family establishment held by Thi Ngoc Bé, of Vietnamese origin. The chef, passionate about cooking, is assisted by her son who welcomes us with a smile and enthusiasm. He invites us to take a seat for a journey of the papillae. Asian specialties are prepared with care. The cooking is done to order with fresh vegetables cut by hand by the chef. And the care given to the choice of spices and Dimfong's house know-how. We like the crispy and tasty pork egg rolls. The unavoidable spring rolls, the Bo Bun salad to name the great classics! We enjoy the grilled pork ribs with salt and pepper or the famous Bo Luc Lac beef (fondue beef, fresh garlic, spices, oyster sauce...) cooked in the Dimfong way. As for iodized flavors: we like grilled shrimps or Thai style, accompanied by noodles sautéed with vegetables or Thai rice. Lovers of Japanese flavors will also be pleased with the varied menus where makis and sushis are served alongside menus to be shared for two with the Dimfong Japanese menu or the Love Bridge. Add to this a warm welcome and beautiful spaces overlooking the pedestrian street of Santeuil (perpendicular to the Jean-Jacques-Rousseau street) to fully enjoy the moment. Here you can enjoy an address and quality dishes that require a little time for the preparation because everything is made to order with "minute" dishes. You will appreciate the traditional Asian flavors in the Dimfong way. Dishes can also be ordered to go. Finally, asecond room in the basement can accommodate 20 people in addition to the first floor. How about teambuilding evenings with the Asian flavors of Thi Ngoc Bé? For groups, it's nice, just think about it.
