PHÔ VIÊT CUISINE VIETNAMIENNE
Vietnamese cuisine where the curious seek new flavours in a superb address in Nantes.
Lovers of Vietnamese cuisine or curious in search of new flavors, do not go your way, Pho Viet is a superb address to discover! Opened early 2016, it is Truong Cam Ha nicknamed Lyly, Vietnamese, who is in the kitchen and her husband Bruno, Franco-Vietnamese, who provides the service, with a smile please. They held Banh Mi Vietnam, a small shop specializing in the sale of sandwiches with Asian flavors located in the city center of Nantes, before moving to Clisson road. They now enjoy more space and twenty seats in order to welcome customers who wish to treat themselves on site, or to take away. You must come here to taste unique Vietnamese specialties on Nantes. Discover the Banh Xeo (a Vietnamese pancake), the Mi Quang (noodles with chicken and shrimp or prawns), the Banh Cuon (Vietnamese ravioli on Friday evening and weekend) and the Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Galette). And of course, the must-eat Pho (beef soup). The latest news are the Bun Cha Hanoï (Northern specialty), the Bun Thang, without forgetting the must-eat Bo Bun which is a Southern specialty. You can also find the catering service with classics such as onion beef, caramel pork, nems, samoussa, accras and spring rolls, fried vegetable noodles and many other flavors. As for the decor, everything is also authentic. On the wall, a huge flowering cherry branches was painted by hand. At the checkout counter, a golden small cat, perfectly kitch, shows you the paw and an altar receives offerings, with an air of Vietnamese music…
