Opened in April 2018 by Anthony Lao, this restaurant gives pride of place to South-East Asian specialities. The simple, fresh and uncluttered menu allows for regular updates. As its name suggests, here you will find the famous bo buns, salads based on rice vermicelli and sautéed beef, and the traditional banh-mi, Vietnamese sandwiches. For a reasonable price the quality is there, the dishes are tasty and the portions generous. The neat decoration ensures you a zen atmosphere. You can quietly enjoy your meal in the indoor dining room or, if the mood strikes you, you can sit out on the terrace. If you're passing through the Ile de Nantes, don't hesitate to take a look around.
