Restaurant located in the rue des Halles in Bouffay offering Vietnamese cuisine
Located in the lively and pedestrianised Rue des Halles in Bouffay, Tiktak is the ideal place to enjoy good Vietnamese cuisine and a Taiwanese Bubble Tea. It is the occasion to discover the Banh Mi, a tasty Vietnamese sandwich with its home-made baker's bread all warmed up and garnished with fried onions, a grill of your choice (lacquered pork, beef with lemongrass, lacquered duck, grilled chicken, tofu or shrimp), coriander, cucumber, vinegar vegetables. It is also the occasion to taste the Bun, a hearty salad of rice vermicelli, crunchy vegetables, pieces of egg rolls, roasted peanuts, a grill of your choice and Nuoc mam sauce. You can also choose a Com which is the version of Bun with rice instead of noodles and a fried egg. Just as good and full of flavour! We finish on a sweet note with the Bobo Chacha (caramel flan, white pearl and grated coconut milk), or the Panna Coco (panna cotta with coconut milk). And we accompany this good meal with a Bubble Tea: this famous pearl tea from Taiwan that mixes cold and hot tea. Here the Bubble Teas are made with peach, matcha, citrus, passion fruit... and added black tapioca or fruit balls. It's fresh and tasty!
