A few years ago, chef Albert Riera supported Éric Guérin at La Mare aux Oiseaux. After traveling and working in Spain at finca Santa Ponsa, an iconic establishment on the island of Menorca, he is back in Nantes with his partner Emilie. They have opened this "gastrobar", offering culinary escapades where authentic Iberian cuisine is at the heart of the concept. At lunchtime, we enjoy market cuisine with a menu that changes weekly and a bistronomic presentation. In the evening, enjoy sangria accompanied by paellas and gourmet tapas to share. Spanish flavors in the heart of the Chantenay district. Croquetas, Tortilla, bravas from Jaleo, or Bellota ham and pan con tomate. An Iberian grocery completes the flavors (oils, turrón). So many choices to tantalize the taste buds! Worth discovering! Paellas are also available to take away (to order).
