Delicious pizzas prepared with products and ingredients from Italy in Nantes.
Guillaume resumed the place in spring 2017, alone. He is now surrounded by two employees to make his pizzeria trattoria work, which smells good Italy! The products offered and the ingredients used come almost all from Italy, like the drinks (wines, lemonades, beers), charcuterie, burrata… or the panforte of Siena, this delicious fruit cake served at Christmas. A la carte pizzas (tomato sauce base), "bare" pizzas (fresh cream) and pizzas "bianchia" (olive oil and aromas, a good compromise between the tartine and pizza). And several times in the week, a proposal according to inspiration of the day. Anyway, we're here!
