Restaurant offering pizzas with fresh, local products and a creative menu reworked in Nantes.
Basilic and Co is a concept born in the Isère and developed in France. The idea is to develop pizzas from local products (if possible labeled), fresh and local in an environment sensitive to ecology. In Nantes, rue de Strasbourg, the restaurant is large and bright and the decor is clean and modern. On the floor, the Black Parquet Floors and the few tables offer a beautiful space for lunch or dinner. Under your eyes, an oven and ingredients that will fill your pizza or your focus (Italian equivalent of the whip). Almost thirty references are offered on the menu. Classified by theme (unavoidable, bold, terroirs), each is available in small or large size. To you Marcelline and his tomb of refined saint marcellin, the Franche-Comtoise and his bare-milk-baking-milk-bake pallet, and his ham-coated rags, or the autumnal with his Royans ravioli and his garlic stoves, and Romaine, and his white ham ardéchois. On the map also: Custom salads, coped with the many available ingredients (tapered almonds, cherry tomatoes, goat crottin, reggiano parmesan, roasted chicken, smoked salmon, smoked salmon, smoked salmon, smoked salmon, mozzarella and sausages, mozzarella and sausage of Montbauss Eliard…). The card is regularly reworked with creativity. The service is efficient and attentive. All pizzas can be consumed on site or to take away.
