180 grams is about the weight of a slice of pizza. The Normans, Aymeric and Renaud, went through a lot of trouble before putting their suitcases down here. Their idea when they arrived on the island of Nantes: to offer pizzas by the slice. In the old apartment, completely renovated and transformed, the atmosphere is very North Brooklyn with the red brick walls and the furniture of recuperation. On the pizza side, the dough is very fine, made with Italian flour and the choice of toppings is rather large. For lunch, it's by the slice, and in the evening, whole pizzas only. We opt for Pollos Hermanos in homage to Breaking Bad with its Ancenis chicken. The tasty Queen or even a sweet pizza with applesauce, chocolate or homemade salted butterscotch caramel. The emphasis is on fresh, high-quality products: many veggie pizzas like the Sam Simon, a nod to one of the creators of The Simpsons and Lisa Simpson the vegetarian... When the weather is nice, the terrace is waiting for you to taste the delicious fresh and home made pizzas!

Nice and small place. The pizza was fantastic! I totally suggest the "Los Pollos hermanos" pizza if you like chicken and cream base. Don't miss the tiramisu with pistachio!
Si vous n'avez pas spécialement envie d'aller en centre ville, allez dans cette pizzeria et vous ne serez pas déçu.
L'équipe est sympathique et le cadre aussi malgré le côté bruyant.
