A stone's throw from the Tour de Bretagne, Chez Gab is the pizza workshop opened in summer 2019 by Fleur and Aymeric, a smiling young couple, in reference to their son Gabriel. In a sober, black-and-white setting, you'll enjoy watching the dough twirl before your eyes, then tasting it as soft and crisp as you like. On the menu are pizzas made with fresh ingredients: daring ones like the Tartufo or the Burratine, must-tries like the Chèvre Miel or gourmet ones like the Gorgone or L'Enfumée. Or tasty salads. In the evening, aperitif platters to share, or not. A sweet note: tiramisu, dessert pizza or artisanal ice creams. You can enjoy your pizza at Le Narcisse, Chez Les Filles or Amer Craft Beer!
