Pierre-Yves has been in love with good pizzas since his youth. After a number of experiences in various professions, his creative spirit caught up with him and his gourmet soul led him to open his own pizzeria in the Copernic district, Pizzéria Agapè. Now it's his turn to delight aficionados of this Italian recipe. Here, organic pizzas are made with light, easily digestible sourdough dough. Ingredients are seasonal, depending on what's available at the MIN! Traditional, vegan and vegetarian pizza recipes, but always gourmet! The bases aren't exclusively tomato, because you can enjoy these great pizzas with a vegetable base (cream of zucchini, carrot...), for a change of pace and great taste. We're talking Agapes, Goguette, Bombance and Bombe. Seasonal pizzas or the recipe of the moment, ending with desserts: chocolate fondant, crumble or frozen float, or farmhouse fromage blanc. All ingredients are organic. Cheeses, wines and beers are all sourced from local producers. In the evening, opt for pre-cut pizzas to share with your guests. Also the Agapero with farmhouse cheeses or artisanal charcuterie accompanied by a local wine go well together. Here, Pierre Yves tells us stories, the stories of his passions, and culture is never far from rue Racine! Agapè? It means universal love in ancient Greek. Pizzas can be eaten in or taken away.

Les pizzas sont de saisons et sont délicieuses.
De plus, nous avons le droit a un très bon accueil avec le sourire en prime ! Le concept du fais maison et du local nous est très bien expliqué dès le départ.
Un lieu ou la décoration est toute simple mais efficace.
Avec les pizzas, pour changer de la classique sauce piquante, nous avons un pesto d'épinard qui est vraiment délicieux et qui s'accorde parfaitement avec les pizzas.
Le vin est très bien.

Quand vous ne connaissez pas le concept, on prend le temps de vous l’expliquer, les pizzas sont faites avec de très bons produits de saison, c'était parfait. L'endroit est chaleureux et le personnel très gentil.
PS : Pensez à réserver pour être sur d'avoir de la place
