Graziella is a family story linked to Vincenzo. Both are the Neapolitan grandparents of Jeremy, who decided to pay tribute to them by opening these two pizzerias in Nantes. Here, pizza is made in the Neapolitan style. Prepared from carefully selected flours, the dough is fermented for 24 hours to guarantee lightness, optimal digestibility and powerful aromas. Most ingredients are sourced locally. A quick cooking over a wood fire and the magic happens! For dessert, we fall for the delicious tiramisù. The setting is pleasant, and as we look up we admire a ceiling full of lemons: Naples invites itself to our table, and it's a delight!
