Step through the door of Popolo to discover a rotating flame oven that ensures optimal cooking of the pizzas. The dough is turned by hand before our eyes and the warm atmosphere of the place invites us to relax and share. Margherita, Quattro formaggi, Regina or Calzone. We find the great classics but also other more adventurous recipes with truffles or roasted hazelnuts.
