Not far from the South Station, a lover of natural sourdough has taken up residence. He's not a baker, but an Italian pizza maker and restaurateur. Jaouad, who has always worked with dough following a professional retraining, has opened Rosmarino, an ode to Italian cuisine. Tagliatelle del mar, rigatoni all'arrabiata, truffle pizza, chicken escalope with rosemary... The first room opens onto an oven where you can see the chef at work. The second room, decorated with care, is a change of scenery to the sound of The Godfather. You'll enjoy pizzas made in the Neapolitan tradition, as well as an Italian restaurant menu with pasta, homemade sauces, panna cotta and the chef's smoked salmon.
