Pizzeria offering pizzas made with organic flours and quality products
Formerly Le Comptoir à pizzas, the pizzeria has undergone a facelift to become Le 149. The same concept, same dough, but the menu has been reworked with the help of a chef to fine-tune the recipes: caramelization of onions, use of PDO and DOP cheeses, top-of-the-range Spanish charcuterie... The two young pizza-making partners, Lou and Léa, work with organic flours and quality products. The dough, tomato sauce and Bolognese sauce are all homemade. They offer 42 à la carte pizzas, 8 of which are vegetarian, from the most classic to the most original, such as the Fourme, made with Fourme d'Ambert cheese, pears, crème fraîche and walnuts. The speciality: La Nantaise, made with Curé Nantais, Pornic's famous cheese. Artisanal ice creams and sorbets are available for dessert, and are made just around the corner. Another outlet exists at 149 boulevard des Belges, hence the name! In other words, 2 addresses in Nantes where you can treat yourself and always be greeted with a smile!
