The variety of dishes offers a wide choice and a whirlwind of flavours: sambossa (vegetable fritters), achak (leek ravioli, minced meat and yoghurt sauce), mantu (meat and onion ravioli), bolani (vegetable and spice filled fritters), golden and slightly sweet rice, with its pistachios, almonds and orange zest, traditional bread just out of the oven...
