Her subtle menu evolves with the seasons, highlighting fresh, local and organic produce in an eco-responsible approach. With each sequence, you can choose between an animal or vegetable version. This restaurant is an alternative for gourmets looking for an upscale, plant-based culinary experience. You'll enjoy chestnut-tonka ravioli with pickled chanterelle mushrooms, followed by artichoke with raw cream, bergamot, lemon gel and trout roe with mirin. We finish with a muscovado and truffle double cream, halva, macadamia and amlou. A great moment.
