BRUNCH AU LOUIS BLANC
A nice place to have lunch, at the corner of rue Louis-Blanc and the banks of the Loire, in Nantes.
At the corner of rue Louis-Blanc and the banks of the Loire, two pretty musette bistros look at each other. On the Louis Blanc side, a small slate indicates "Elisa's table". Ovomatine crunchy, peanut butter and strawberry jam are already on the wooden table. We have booked, so let's start with a few bubbles... Inseparable from a successful brunch in the United States: the Mimosa. The bands of friends settle in tables of ten and toast under the canvases and period advertisements on the walls, before the caffe latte arrives in its large cup under a beautiful milk foam. Will you be more "little rabbits, little pigs, little fish or little chickens"?
