Oh, but what's behind that funny name? A benevolent fairy, Morgane Jobelin, who not only offers coffee! Here, on site or to take away, you can have breakfast as early as the crack of dawn, lunch at lunchtime, tea-time snacks, brunches, dinner... Behind the window, beautifully decorated with white lace by artist Claire Colin, you'll find a cosy place where you'll immediately feel at home... Nature is never far away, like the leafy, bird-printed walls that invite you upstairs to the dining room and then into the lounge area, where you'll want to curl up and admire the view of the cathedral. The least we can say is that after 6 years working on her project, Morgane, now in her thirties, has succeeded in her reconversion. And we can't recommend her homemade vegan and gluten-free cuisine, based on local and/or organic produce. The menu includes everything from velouté (green lentils/kale/spicy onions) and tarte (leek/goat/pesto fondue) to the dish of the day (mashed potatoes with pesto/spinach/mushrooms/quinoa/mushrooms/beetroot and honey-roasted pumpkin), not forgetting the farandole of sweets (blueberry fromage blanc, apple/caramel tartlet, madeleines), everything is deliciously gourmet! Drinks include kefir, ginger beer, kombucha, smoothies, fruit juices, organic wines including the famous red Berligou, and organic Obépine d'Orvault teas. A little corner of paradise!
