Restaurant proposing a cuisine on the go to be tasted on the spot or to take away.
When you love, you don't count! Chef Alexandre Challerie opened his4th restaurant at the end of 2019 in a neighbourhood he knows well since after the papillotes from Papill' and the skewers from Stick, he is settling right next to it to tackle the buns. And the bet is rather successful ... A cuisine on the go to be eaten on the spot or to take away with proposals all as tempting as each other such as the bun marinated salmon, cream with red pesto, parmesan shavings, red cabbage pickles and arugula or the bun sausage with muscadet, mustard sauce, stewed onions, Curé nantais, raw apple and Nantes lamb's lettuce or the VG dream, with hot goat's cheese, vegetable pickles, roasted squash, lamb's lettuce and nut cream. As an accompaniment, you can enjoy homemade chips, soup or gazpacho depending on the season. And we finish with a lemon pie, a caramel salted butter and speculoos mousse or a chocolate, praline and Nantes Petit-Beurre mousse. Here we favour the eco-responsible mode with desserts packaged in returnable glass jars. A beautiful initiative that delights us in every way!
