In the Bouffay district, if you're craving real Belgian or Northern French fries, Pomme Bûche is the place to go! Cooked in beef fat and double-boiled, they're soft and crispy. Add homemade sauces, cheese, charcuterie... You can eat takeaway, on site in trays with Comté cheese or ham, on a terrace overlooking the Sainte-Croix church, or in a cellar with exposed stonework. What's more, Grégoire from Pomme Bûche is the finalist in the 2024 World French Fry Championship!
