NANIWA is the old name of the city of Osaka in Japan. A city renowned for its gastronomy. It's on rue Santeuil in Nantes that you can enjoy this new Nantes address, expert in traditional Japanese cuisine. Note that on this address, the dishes are here to take away or in delivery (exclusively) in street food mode or for the house, the office. You can enjoy sushi made with fresh fish rigorously selected and quality products with of course; the touch of the master sushi... well known already of the Nantes with his first establishment EDO in Chantenay. NANIWA invites us to travel our senses with an experience of flavors and textures Japanese craft. The Nami are made up of "classic" fish, while the JYO are made from even more noble fish. To taste in particular the otoro bleufin Tuna (the best in the world, from Balfego) known as "ventrèche". Or the sushi with fresh scallops according to the season, a delight.
